How do I share a file?
Select the file, choose Share, set a password or expiry date if you want one, and copy the link.
How do I restore an earlier version?
Open the file, choose Version history, pick a version and select Restore. The current version is kept as well.
How long does Trash keep files?
Deleted files stay in Trash for 30 days and are then removed for good.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and follow the link we email to you.
How do I turn on two-step verification?
Open Settings, then Security, and choose Two-step verification.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open Settings, then Billing. Plan changes apply right away. After a paid plan ends your files stay readable for 30 days.
Why can't I add files?
Your account is probably full. Free up space or change plans, then try again.
Which file types can I store?
Any type. Search can read text inside PDFs and common document formats.
