Common questions

Do I need an account to open a shared link?

No. Anyone with the link can open or download the file, unless you added a password or limited the link to named people.

What happens if I go over my storage limit?

You keep access to everything. You can't add new files until you free up space or change plans.

How long are deleted files kept?

Deleted files stay in Trash for 30 days, then they are removed for good.

Can I use Mossbank on more than one computer?

Yes. Install the desktop app on each computer and choose which folders to sync.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Cancel plan. Your files stay readable for 30 days after a paid plan ends.
